Here's a tip: Fanlore has a Blanket Statement page--for when your transformative works policy is "go ahead!!"--and it links to some fanwork specific lists of people who have provided blanket statements for their works to be podficced or translated, as well as blanket permissions by fan artists and zine publishers. If this is you, you can add yourself to the relevant list.
