I hopped over to your journal and found it very easy to navigate, so there's no need to add one IMO (also, long ago I worked as a head teller and sales trainer for a local credit union so *waves*). This challenge was less about uniforming everyone's spaces and more of a reminder to update and add the things we've been putting off doing. I think if you really wanted to add a links list perhaps a sticky post for links? But honestly it was very easy to pop around your journal as it is.
