No worries. This is mainly a reminder to people who already have sticky posts and master posts and so on to keep them updated. It's basically about making yourself as visible as you want to be. If you're happy with how your profile looks as is then you can cross of prompt #1 as "accomplished".
I've just seen a lot of people whose top sticky post is an outdated mention of a project they were working on two years ago with links that don't work and no mention of the current obsession. Or people who complain that their fic isn't getting enough love but there are no links to their AO3 to be found. Also sometimes people shared more personal information when they signed up for the account (publicly displaying city and birthday for instance) and since then they've grown leery of revealing too much in public, but they forgot that info was still visible.
If your "housekeeping" was already in order, congrats!
