Hello 2022 Challenge!

Welcome to the sunshine_challenge! Our aim to provide a little bit of sunshine as everyone takes part in creating and sharing the content each prompt inspires.

We will post seven challenge prompts throughout the month of July. You are encouraged to complete as many of the prompts as you feel comfortable doing: whether that’s one, all seven, or some number in between! You can do them on your private journal or in public posts, the choice is yours. If you’re shy we have places for lurkers, too. We want you all to have fun and enjoy the challenge in whichever way works best for you (this includes swapping out prompts and themes that aren’t inspiring you! We encourage conversation and creativity here, so please do join the fun in whichever way suits you).

enemytosleep: And we’re back again! I really love seeing what everyone has to share with us each summer, and this year is no exception. It truly has become a bright spot for me each year. I hope to see both new and familiar faces around as each challenge post goes live. Let’s get the party started! :D

bemused_writer: Glad to be back for another round of Sunshine Challenge! I've had a great time meeting people the last few years, discovering new interests and takes on prompts, and I look forward to doing so again.

autobotscoutriella: Welcome back, everyone! I look forward to this every July, and I can't wait to see what everyone shares for this year's prompts.

kate: Fandom is my favorite fandom. It was great seeing everyone's creativity last year, I'm looking forward to my second year with the sunshine challenge!

seal_girl: This is my first time modding, but this is such a great challenge and a wonderful chance to celebrate fandom and have lots of fun. I'm looking forward to seeing what new creations will spring from this year's challenges.

tellshannon815: Good to see you all here again, looking forward to seeing what creations you all come up with this year, to celebrating fandom with you all and hope to get to know some new people!

mythicmistress: Participating in the Sunshine Challenge has become one of my favorite events of the year. Just seeing all of the responses is an absolute joy. Without further ado—let us shine some light!

The sunshine_challenge is about celebrating the DW community and the awesome people in it. One way we can do that is by interacting with each other. Every time you visit the journal of a fellow participant and comment on what they're sharing, you are helping to grow this community and make it better. We all could use a little sunshine in our lives. ♥
