As July draws to a close, it’s time to wrap up this year’s sunshine_challenge. I don’t know about you guys, but this month seemed to fly by in no time at all. Though July may be over, please keep in mind that there is no deadline for any of our prompts; feel free to answer any prompt or comment as you discover it.

If you have already answered the challenges and would like to follow any new replies that may come in, you can choose to “Track This” by clicking the little bell icon at the bottom of each prompt post. That will then send you an alert anytime someone new comments there (and believe me, they are still coming in for earlier prompts!). If you are finding the sunshine_challenge after July, please go ahead and attempt any of the challenges that appeal to you and reply to anyone there. We all came here to have fun and meet new folks on DW, so don’t be shy simply because you found us at a later date.

If you create any fanworks, feel free to add them to our AO3 Collection (and don't forget to check out what others have already added as well).

Thank you for the challenge! July wasn't the best for me but I've found time this month to do so and doing it later has meant I've had lots of entries to look through and leave comments on :) It's helped me journal a bit more again and interact more so that's a win!

Glad it was helpful. And the whole goal of no deadline was to allow people to do the challenge whenever was most convenient.

So if anyone comes along and reads this six months from now, it's not too late! I think it definitely helps to read through and see what others have done and what worked well and what turned out a little awkward and see how people modified prompts in different ways to fit their personality.
